# KalynaShop

> An AI assistant powered by Claude answers a clothing shop’s customers in Instagram Direct and Telegram. Catalog, stock, conversations and orders in one admin.

It picks clothes and sizes, quotes prices and availability from the shop’s catalog only, and calls a human when it is unsure.

## How it works

- **Load your catalog**: Add products by hand or import a CSV from your old program: sizes, colours, prices and stock.
- **Connect Instagram and Telegram**: A few clicks in the admin, and the assistant answers in Direct, in Telegram and to questions in comments.
- **Run the shop**: The assistant answers by itself and calls you when it is unsure. Orders, stock and the till are in one place.

## Questions and answers

- **Does the assistant make up prices or stock?** No. It takes prices, availability and the shop’s terms only from the shop’s catalog and knowledge base, and calls a human when the data is missing or it is unsure.
- **Which channels does the assistant work in?** Instagram Direct (including answers to questions in comments under posts) and Telegram. Viber and Facebook Messenger are coming soon.
- **Which model answers the customers?** Claude by Anthropic. You set the tone, the shop’s specifics and the greeting in the admin, and the safety rules always apply.
- **How do I connect my shop?** Our team connects shops: write to us and we will explain what you need to start.
