How to request deletion of your data

To have the data we hold about you deleted (your Instagram conversations with the store and any orders):

  1. Send an email to chuev@reslab.pro with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us the Instagram username you wrote from, so that we can find the conversations. Do not send passwords.
  3. We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days. Orders that the store must keep for accounting or legal reasons are anonymised instead of deleted.

You can also remove the app's access in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites. That stops new messages from reaching the assistant; to have the existing data deleted, please also send the email above.

Як запросити видалення даних

  1. Надішліть лист на chuev@reslab.pro з темою «Видалити мої дані».
  2. Вкажіть ім'я користувача Instagram, з якого ви писали. Паролі не надсилайте.
  3. Ми підтвердимо листом і видалимо дані протягом 30 днів. Замовлення, які магазин зобов'язаний зберігати для обліку, знеособлюються.

Також можна прибрати доступ застосунку в Instagram: Налаштування → Застосунки та сайти. Для видалення вже наявних даних надішліть і лист.
